With the advances in Next Generation Sequencing technologies, RNA sequencing has evolved a lot and has become the main technology to quantify genes. Therefore, RNA-Seq data analysis has become a very important and critical task in any lab working in Genomics.

We have designed this 1-month (4 weeks) online workshop on RNASeq Data Analysis using R to understand and learn differential gene expression analysis using R and Bioconductor tools. The course will focus on Quality Control, Alignment, Quantification of the reads, Differential Gene Expression, and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis. The course also covers sessions on R programming to understand its usage in NGS data analysis. Participants of this workshop should be able to gain knowledge of the R programming and NGS data analysis workflow of RNA Seq datasets.
